Please, take a moment and we will show you around our organic farm.

In summer you are hailed by gentle waves on the green rolling meadows surrounding our farm and the little barns made of dark wood, lined with snow-covered treetops. And in summer and in winter alike our farm towers into the clear, fresh mountain air at 1530 metres above sea level – under a bright blue sky thanks to the many sunny days in the aromatic scent of newly harvested hay is in the air. In winter, a white fairy tale wonderland extends before your eyes, with a glittering snow mantle and lonesome region.

In terms of architecture the Koflhof is a renovated upper Val Pusteria farm displaying local larch and spruce wood and characterized by simple forms and the typical rural charm of the South-Tyrolean Alps.

As far as farming is concerned, our homestead has a cow, some pigs and a few geese and chickens. Two donkeys and two horses  also live on our farm.
